Data are presented on distribution, age-structure and growth of the Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser baeri) and the whitefish (Stenodus leuchthys nelma). Conditions for natural reproduction of this species in the area under study due to strengthing of antropic effect. A conclusion has been drawn that exact following of preservation practice will enable to save of its population therein in the Upper Ob.
